Background

BLAC stands for Building Leaders and Creators, and it’s an internship program run by ad agencies in the US for Black creatives to gain experience in the advertising industry. I designed and built this homepage to drive outreach and inform potential interns about the program. I selected Webflow as the CMS partially because I was curious to try it, but also because it would be very easy to update it on the fly and one day hand over to someone else if needed. Webflow has a very visual GUI – what you see is what you get. It made sense to me to choose something easy for anyone to use since I was unsure of the long term plans for site ownership.
